1. ST. ANTHONY (21-1) -- Continues to playing great basketball in beating Snyder, 64-40, Coastal Academy Grey, 67-53, and Holy Spirit, 71-30.

2. HUDSON CATHOLIC (20-3) -- In their only game last week they beat St. Peter's Prep, 61-49. Play Union City on Wednesday.

3. EASTSIDE (19-6) -- The Ghosts defeated West Milford, 78-60, in advancing to the Passaic County title game on Saturday where they will meet Kennedy, a team they beat, 81-35, last week. Also beat Clifton, 53-22.

4. BERGEN CATHOLIC (16-6) -- The Crusaders make the third time the charm. After losing twice to St. Joseph in the regular season,  they lead from start to finish behind Pierfrancesco Oliva's 22 points and Justin Salem’s 19 in a 66-51 win in the Bergen County Jamboree semifinals.  They will meet Teaneck in the finas on Thursday at Ramapo College at 7 p.m. That game will be a rematch of the 2001 final won by BC.

5. TEANECK (17-7) -- Make it 9 straight wins for the Highwaymen as they knocked off top seed Don Bosco Prep, 56-49, and return to the Jamboree final where they will try and make it 5 straight titles.  Leondre Washington scored 26, Tyler Dearing dropped in 12 and Ja'Quaye James hit biggest shot of the game, nailing a 3 after Bosco had cut the Teaneck lead to 1 with under 4 minutes left in game. Added a win over PV, 84-61.

6. DON BOSCO PREP (18-4) -- The Ironmen dropped their second game of the season to Teaneck, losing 56-49 in the Jamboree semis. Lonnie Rivera turned in great game with 21 points. Beat Northern Highlands, 57-46.

7. ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL (17-5) -- After beating Bergen Catholic earlier in the week, 71-64, the Crusaders completely bottled up Joe's in a 66-51 loss in the Jambo semis. Chauncey Hawkins topped the Green Knight with 16 points. Added win over Fair Lawn, 71-50, last week.

8. RAMAPO (19-4) -- Posted easy wins over Paramus (58-39) and Paramus Catholic
(64-50).

10. WEST MILFORD (17-6) -- Suffered tough 78-60 loss to Eastside after leading for most of the first half. Knocked off Fair Lawn, 86-72, and edged past Passaic, 58-57

11. MARIST (18-4) -- Beat Memorial 87-41, lost to solid Newark East Side team, 64-56, before beating Bishop Loughlin, 68-61

12. PASSAIC VALLEY (18-6) -- Took down Lakeland 57-42, lost tough one to Old Tappan 61-55 and beat Passaic Tech 60-48.

13. KENNEDY (16-8) -- Defeated Passaic, 68-59, got hammered by Eastside and will try to get redemption in county final Saturday. Beat Wayne Valley in the Passaic County semifinals, 53-47.

14. WAYNE VALLEY (16-8) -- Started the week with a win over rival Wayne Hills, 67-42, but ended with losses to St. Mary’s of Elizabeth, 62-53, and Kennedy in county game on Saturday.

15. UNION CITY (17-6) -- The Soaring Eagles are getting hot at the right time as they won three games last week, Dwight Morrow (72-57), Middletown South (72-48) and Bayonne
(69-56).

16. GARFIELD (19-3) -- Boilermakers return to the Top 20 after being out for four weeks. Big week started with 55-48 win over Cliffside Park followed by 60-54 win over Glen Rock and then beat Cresskill, 49-47.

17. CRESSKILL (20-3) -- Beat Midland Park, 71-66, and then suffered the 2-point loss to Garfield.

LAST WEEK'S RANKING: No. 15

18. HACKENSACK (14-9) -- Beat Ridgewood, 57-55, before getting drubbed by Bergen Catholic, 80-50.

MJ RICHARDSON
LAST WEEK'S RANKING: No. 17

19. RAMSEY (20-2) -- Make it 14 out of their last 15 for the Rams after beating Ridgewood in overtime. 60-53, and beat Lakeland, 74-57. Their only loss in their streak has come against Jambo finalist Teaneck.

20. RIDGEWOOD (15-9) --   Lost a 2-pointer to Hackensack, beat Passaic Tech (59-55) and lost to Ramsey in overtime.
