( "High School") agrees to participate with NorthJerseySports.com and HSSPORTSWEB.COM (the "Website").  in providing schedules, statistics and individual information regarding the High School athletic program, in addition to promoting student involvement.
	The High School will also be provided with the opportunity to sell "booster" advertisements to be placed on the High School's "homepage" provided by NorthJerseySports.com and HSSPORTSWEB.COM (the "Website").  A percentage of net revenue from booster ads will be donated by the Website to the High School in support of the High School Athletic programs.
	The Website will provide local, regional and national access to the High School's sports and athletic program and develop a means for student involvement and input.  While the goal of the Website is to provide this no cost service to the High School, the Website will have the sole discretion to transfer or terminate the service provided as it deems appropriate.  This agreement does not create any duty or obligation on the part of the Website  or the High School other than as specifically set forth herein.
