HACKENSACK – Both the Hackensack and Ridgewood baseball
teams were in remarkably similar positions. Both were coming
off of close and disappointing losses less than 24 hours earlier,
both were 0-2 and in the middle of the NNJIL grind with three
games in three days and both had designs on their first win
of the season in their matchup at Foshina Field on Tuesday afternoon. Both teams had the bases loaded late in the game and it was
what each team did with its opportunity that wound up making
