CENTRAL OFFICES -- In continuing to change the way high school
sports are covered, NorthJerseySports.com drops in with another
installment of its Audio Spotlight feature.
This
time we caught up with Pascack Valley head coach Jeff Jasper after
his team knocked off two-time defending champion Rumson-Fair Haven
in the Group 2 state final on Sunday at the Ritacco Center in
Toms River.
The
win was also No. 800 in the illustrious career of Jasper, who
is the first and only head coach that Pascack Valley has ever
know. His first team won just two games, this year's squad has
won 30 and the program's third outright state championship.
Pascack
Valley will make its second ever appearance in the Tournament
on Champions when, as the No. 5 seed, the Indians will take on
Trenton Central also at the Ritacco Center on Tuesday night.
Enjoy
it and keep the NJS.com Audio Spotlight in mind when
you have news to report. You can reach us at:
