OLD TAPPAN -- On this episode of NorthJerseySports.com's Where in North Jersey is Rich Barton?: Preseason Edition, Rich visits the Old Tappan football team.
Last year, the Golden Knights had the perfect season, literally. They went 12-0 and beat archrival Wayne Hills, 17-0, in the North 1, Group 4 finals for their first state title since 1985. But NVOT was decimated by graduation, losing QB Kevin Martinez, RB Zach DeNike and TE Jedh Downey along with state player of the year Jordan Fuller, who is now at Ohio State.
Rich talks to Golden Knights' 12th year head coach Brian Dunn, senior TE/LB Ryan Weis and senior FB/LB James Kelly to find out what to expect from the upcoming season.
