RIDGEFIELD
PARK -- In Chris Gaskin's first season as the Ridgefield Park
boys basketball coach, the loud and energetic hoops strategist
led his team to a miserable 1-22 season. But after winning his
100th game as the Scarlets' coach on Tuesday night, that 1-22
season is a distant memory.
Gaskin
and the Scarlets knocked off Fort Lee, 67-56, and the win was
Gaskin's 100th as Ridgefield Park's head coach. It was also the
one that got his team back into the race in the BCSL-Division
while handing the Bridgemen their second straight loss in league
play.
